About the role:

As a Business Development Manager at Consultport, you will have a real impact on a growing company. Our clients range from fast-growing startups to large corporations across Europe. We help them by finding the highest qualified professionals to succeed with their digital strategy and transformation, business model development and more.


  • Take ownership for bringing in and advising new clients in the DACH Region
  • Generate, qualify, and connect prospective clients with our senior business developers
  • Co-define and execute on sales targets together with our senior business developers
  • Engage with Marketing and Operations to design and execute lead campaigns
  • Develop and master your lead pipeline via our CRM-tool
  • Help to continuously improve our internal and external sales processes
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and provide regular reporting of pipeline status

Your profile:

  • A real hunter with expertise in B2B Sales, CRM systems and lead generation 
  • Completed University/Apprenticeship Degree and/or proven track record in B2B Sales
  • People person, enthusiastic about helping and serving clients, but also about closing deals
  • Hands-On Mentality: you are not afraid of cold calling B2B prospects
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and verbal)
