The Role

As a Founder’s Associate (m/f/d) at Consultport (full-time), you'll work side-to-side with the founders and Chief of Staff on exciting and important management projects. You will gain insights into what it takes to build and scale a successful company internationally, covering aspects such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management.

At the same time, you'll develop a broad and deep understanding of the consulting market. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a dormant multi-billion market and learn from successful entrepreneurs who have successfully scaled start-ups.

Your Mission

• Strategy Assignments: work on business-critical projects, evaluate their strategic importance, and help the business to grow their products and service portfolio

• Project Management: oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.

• Operations Excellence: lead special projects to enable business and operational processes across departments and teams to scale

• International Expansion: manage the critical aspects of our geographical expansion, and enable our operations, product, and international teams to function at their best. At the same time, work closely with our international teams as we grow our global footprint.

• Founder(s) Ad-Hoc Support: support the founder(s) on time-critical projects, and experience what it takes to scale a company on a daily basis

Your Profile

• You recently completed or are about to complete your degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, by 2026 at the latest) from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a similar field.

• Strong academic track record, with demonstrated excellence in analytical and strategic thinking.

• Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, finance, or in startups)

• Strong Excel skills and basic programming knowledge are big pluses.

• Fluency in English is a must, German is very nice to have
